Introducing Manager Principles - Football Manager Console

In FM24 Console, Sports Interactive introduced Manager Principles , however there was no real literature out there to document what the impact of the first major screen meant for you.

For these Principles to be effective both on and off the field, you'll need to gain your players' Buy-In. Buy-In is a new concept introduced in FM24 Console that reflects how much your players trust in your vision and management. 

Player Buy Ins

Each player will have a different level of Buy-In depending on their unique personalities, categorizing them as either Engaged, Enthusiastic, Believer, or Devoted. Their Buy-In can change throughout your career based on how you manage various situations.

Earlier this year I tried to investigate this and I think I have found a pretty solid basis and have provided the community with both a Youtube video, and the Excel Spreadsheet below.
