Football Manager 2026 is the next monumental instalment in the beloved Football Manager series, marking a generational leap into the unknown after the cancellation of FM25.
Building on two decades of simulation excellence, FM26 redefines the experience with groundbreaking updates - from a full switch to the Unity engine and inclusion of women's football to the newly secured Premier League license.

When is Football Manager 2026 released?
There’s no official date yet, but developers have confirmed that Football Manager 2026 is arriving in Fall 2025, with recent interviews pointing to a traditional early-to-mid November window.
Historically, FM titles launch in the first or second week of November - and FM26 seems likely to follow suit. The reveal came with a short teaser trailer and hints at a “Match Day First Look” coming soon but 3 weeks later we are still waiting for confirmation, we know the trailer has been cast in August so the marketing campaign will be stepping up and we have Sports Interactive hosting an all day event on 11th September 2026.
Football Manager 2026 prices & where to buy
As of now, exact pricing hasn’t been announced. However, given past trends, the following version can be expected:
